Refund/s Policy

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:

  • Sweaters and Clothing Apparel returned must be in their original sale condition (unworn and unused) - Shipping back will be at customers cost
  • Earrings, hair accessories CANNOT be returned due to health and hygiene
  • Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable.
  • If your product is faulty please contact us via email with proof of purchase and proof of fault (items need to arrive broken in mail and not after continued use) and we can arrange refund or replacement item
  • You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges for verification purposes.

CONDITIONS OF SHIPPING REFUND

  • Shipping costs from online purchases are non-refundable.
  • Please contact us if you have used the incorrect address and needs to be changed. If not contacted and shipping has been sent to address put through order form - No refund will be given
  • After order is delivered and states through our shipping carrier (AUSPOST) - No refund will be given
  • After order has attempted delivery and (customer/s) failure to collect from designated post office/PO Box and states through our shipping carrier (AUSPOST) - No refund will be given.
  • If unhappy with products (such as sweater and clothing apparel) - NOT EARRINGS, Please contact us and we can organise a refund after product is shipped back at customers cost.

Exchanges

  • Due to our limited nature of sweater restocks please contact us to see that we do have the item you would like exchanged to still in stock.
